Tyler’s Team Training takes place in our newly renovated GTX room. It is a modified HIIT style/Bootcamp class that hits all aspects of fitness and strength training. The class is designed with a warmup transitioning to resistance training, followed by conditioning and finally team stretching. Ideally, the increased heart rate will help one burn the fat. A combination of HIIT training, bodybuilding, powerlifting and isometric exercises are incorporated for a complete workout to hit most aspects and look and feel in “Top Shape.”
With several offerings to join class (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays) members decide what time to attend class. Early risers come AM class. If later is better, come to PM class. *More available training times to come!*
