Biography:

Blake is an approachable and knowledgeable personal trainer. He is able to
accommodate a wide variety of fitness backgrounds and help each person achieve their
fitness goals, his bachelor’s degree in exercise science supports this. As someone who
has been through a weight loss journey himself, he relates to the difficulties that come
along with it. Blake wants his clients to feel healthier, happier, and more capable in
everyday life!
