First Thing’s First

The process starts with an assessment. Don’t worry, it’s not scary. It’s just a way of testing your strengths & weaknesses (your starting point) & assessing your goals.

How do you start? Get signed up for your membership and book your complimentary assessment. We’ll discuss your goals in depth & take a look at your medical history. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about our services and we can discuss how your program needs to be built for you.

Last thing….. We’re an established company with experienced certified personal trainers with a combined experience of over 75 years of getting people in the best shape of their life. No matter where you’re starting from, we can help.
